Emerald Creek Capital, a private equity fund is looking for young energetic employees. Candidates should have good communication skills. You’ll be asked to source potential clients and analyze loan transactions. Our work environment is young and fast-paced. Compensation is largely commission based. However, a base salary can be established after an initial trial period.
Emerald Creek Capital is a direct bridge lender based in Manhattan, NY. We provide short-term loans secured by commercial real estate.
Current economic conditions highlight the need for non-traditional lenders. Many lenders have substantially tightened their lending parameters in hopes of reducing their portfolio. Subsequently, the borrowing process has become increasingly more difficult.
At Emerald Creek Capital, we have embraced the existing economic situation by enabling our borrowers to capitalize on opportunities that have arisen within the commercial real estate market. We provide capital to borrowers who are experiencing liquidity constraints, as well as those who are looking to take advantage of time-sensitive opportunities.
